Information in the following form will enable us to determine if your organization is eligible to apply for Oklahoma Arts Council grant funding. New applicant organizations and organizations that have not applied for Oklahoma Arts Council funding within the past three years must complete the form and submit all required documents as instructed below. If eligibility is approved, login credentials will be issued to your Grant Contact and your Authorizing Official. Your Grant Contact can then log in to complete a grant application. Please review our Arts in Schools and Arts in Communities pages to find out what types of programs we can support.
Please note we cannot fund individuals, religious organizations, state agencies and for-profit entities.

Additional Required Documents for Nonprofit Organizations
Nonprofit organizations must be non-religious, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations incorporated in the state of Oklahoma in order to be eligible for grant funding. Nonprofit organizations must submit copies of the following before eligibility can be determined. Forms can be uploaded in the Grant System Login Request Form below:
- 501 (c)(3) Determination Letter
- Full IRS Form 990 or most recent financial statement
- Oklahoma Certificate of Incorporation with Articles of Incorporation
- Current List of Board Members
