Circuit Rider Program

Through the Circuit Rider Program, the Oklahoma Arts Council works directly with communities to develop arts and cultural programs that make a positive contribution to rural Oklahoma’s economy and quality of life. 

The Circuit Rider Program is a unique partnership of the Oklahoma Arts Council and Eastern Oklahoma State College.

The Circuit Rider Program Provides:

• links for rural communities to Oklahoma Arts Council’s grants and services
• regional conferences and training sessions in arts program development
• help for communities to identify and support Oklahoma’s cultural traditions and cultural heritage tourism opportunities
• help to communities to identify and support leadership and dynamic partnerships in regional cultural development
