How To Get a Login
All grant applications to the Oklahoma Arts Council must be submitted online through the E-GRANT system. Qualifying organizations must have a login and password to access the e-grant system.
Who can be funded?
Qualifying organizations are Oklahoma non-religious, non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations, agencies of government, sovereign Indian tribes, public libraries, public school districts, colleges and universities.
Who cannot be funded?
Individuals, for-profit organizations, state agencies, religious or religious affiliated organizations are not qualified to receive funds from the Oklahoma Arts Council.
What does the Council need before I login?
Qualifying organizations must submit copies of the following documents to the Council along with a registration login form:
- IRS 501(c)(3) letter of determination
- Certificate of incorporation with the State of Oklahoma
- Articles of incorporation
- By-laws
- Mission statement
Legal documents may not be necessary if applicant is an agency of local government, public school or a sovereign Indian tribe.
How do I get a login and password?
Call the Oklahoma Arts Council at (405) 521-2931 for a registration login form. Fax the completed form to the Oklahoma Arts Council at (405) 521-6418. Incomplete forms will not be registered.
We strongly suggest that you enter info@www.ok.gov into your email’s contact address list to avoid our automated email being deleted by spam filters.
Can I have more than one login and password?
Each qualifying organization will be given only one login and password. Please note: school districts and colleges/universities will each only have one login and password. It is the organization’s responsibility to distribute this information as necessary.
What if I forget my username and password?
Your login will be the email address entered for your primary contact. All passwords are encrypted and we do not have access to them.
If you have forgotten your password you can enter your email address in the login box, leave the password box empty and click on the forgot password link. You will receive a prompt to enter your email address again and an automatic email will be sent to you prompting you to enter your security question responses. You may then reset your password by entering a new password.
For security purposes the Office of State Finance requires that all passwords be reset every 90 days. We apologize for this inconvenience but unfortunately have no control over this requirement.
