Bio
Buffalofitz is a loud, roots-based acoustic duo rolling out of the plains of Western Oklahoma. The band is the combined effort of Buffalo Rogers and Fitz Jennings, two very different musical men/performers (visually and otherwise), who nonetheless together form a bizarre and original cohesive whole. They play unplugged whenever remotely possible, even if screaming becomes necessary.

They play a mixture of traditional songs, blues, and ballads, together with surprising original songs and well-chosen covers. Whether playing as a vibrant duo, or joined by guest players, a Buffalofitz show is not easily ignored or forgotten.

Buffalofitz plays all over their state, region and country in all kinds of venues: festivals, bars, camps, parties, house concerts, churches, galleries, street corners, anywhere they find an audience. In 2006 they won a Woody Guthrie Award from the Oklahoma Gazette. In early 2008 they released the acclaimed CD Buffalofitz.
