Increase funding resources available to non-profit organizations producing community arts and arts education programs throughout Oklahoma.
Grants:
- Provide direct funding through grants for cultural activities serving
citizens throughout the state.
Provide direct funding through grants for training and technical assistance programs designed to strengthen the capacity of non-profit organizations artistically, financially and administratively.
Staff Services:
- Provide a range of technical assistance programs and services designed to strengthen planning and managerial capacities of non-profit organizations, including their capacity to secure, broaden and stabilize their base of financial support.
Public Information:
- Provide information to non-profit organizations about funding opportunities and resources and professional development opportunities through the media, publications and the Internet.
Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with other public and private agencies in order to expand resources available for cultural activities.
