Margaret Keough Margaret A. Keough joined Mid-America Arts Alliance in 2014 as its director of marketing and communications. With more than 25 years of museum experience, she has served in marketing and communications roles at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. She holds degrees in art history and advertising from the University of Kansas, and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University. She has presented on marketing-related topics at the American Alliance of Museums, Arkansas ArtLinks, ArtistINC, Arts Midwest, and National Arts Marketing Project conferences, among others. Keough previously served as president of the Kansas City Attractions Association.

Through its popular exhibition programs, Exhibits USA and NEH on the Road, to grant opportunities and professional development, Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) serves and fosters the arts through a partnership with Oklahoma Arts Council. Learn more about M-AAA’s programs, partnerships, and grants from its newly appointed CEO Todd Stein and Director of Marketing and Communications Margaret Keough. They will give an overview of the various ways in which M-AAA can support Oklahoma artists and arts and cultural organizations.
